Hailing from Florida, Shawn Pyfrom has been acting for as long as he can remember. Starting with numerous commercials in Florida, he eventually booked Disney's "Sing Me A Story" as a little tyke, which started his climb to success. In the last four years, he has booked countless National commercials, starred in several Television Movies, and began a promising film career. He has worked with many actors including Helen Hunt, Kevin Spacey and Haley Joel Osment in the hit film "Pay It Forward." Almost simultaneously he shot the Canadian feature, "A Day In The Life" - an endearing comedy telling the story of five lovable and feisty seniors. Shawn has most recently worked in Disney's movie, "Max Keeble's Big Move"..

Shawn, an exceptionally versatile young actor, has appeared in an episode of "Seventh Heaven" as a child with Tourette's Syndrome, the Emmy-nominated episode of "Touched By An Angel" as a young Jewish boy (opposite Kirk Douglas), and the ABC Movie of the Week "Come On Get Happy" about the Partridge Family series portraying the affable and very red-headed lead character Danny Bonaduce. Shawn is extremely proud of his nomination for Hollywood Reporters' Young Star Award for Best Actor for this particular role. He has also been seen on such popular shows as "Drew Carey," "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," "LA Doctors," "Chicago Hope," "Jesse," "Ellen," "The Division," and internationally as a recurring lead on the Canadian hit "My Hometown." Shawn is also working in the field of voice over work as a series regular in "Stanley" and "Kids From Room 402."

Spending most of the year in Los Angeles, Shawn and his sister Amber travel around with mom, Gail. Shawn has met and worked with so many wonderful people who have become good friends, that it's hard to go "home" to Florida, though he does miss his Dad and older brother Chris, who stay in Florida year round. He wishes he could relocate all of his family and friends from Florida!

When not working, Shawn enjoys rollerblading, scootering, listening to music, hanging out with friends and going to the movies. He also enjoys volunteering his time with needy children and those less fortunate. Besides a promising artist, Shawn is also an avid reader and a great student.
